Open your private organizer link and choose Messages to jump to your collected messages. Arranging and previewing are free. Open Invite people to copy an invitation or reminder, or Guest list & details to manage replies and your notes.
Choose what goes in the video
- Play each message to check its picture and sound.
- Drag its move handle to change where it appears.
- Use Include in gift to leave a message out without deleting it.
- Choose Shorten message to open its editing controls. Set Start (seconds) and End (seconds), then choose Save start and end. The end must come after the start and stay within the original message.
- Choose Watch preview and check the total length and price before making the final video.
Choose Use full message to restore its original length. Editing is unavailable during some payment or video-making steps; wait for the gift page to offer the controls again.
Exclude or delete?
Leaving a message out keeps it available on your gift page but removes it from the finished video. Deleting removes the message after you confirm; you cannot undo that deletion from the gift page. Leave it out if you are still deciding.
What does the preview show?
Preview the whole gift plays your selected messages in order, with your chosen start and end times. It does not make a downloadable finished video or charge you. Watch the finished video once it is ready, too.
If a message cannot load in the preview, try it again or leave it out before making the final video. Wait for edits to save before continuing to payment.
The opening and closing count toward your total duration. Shortening or excluding messages can bring a gift back under a pricing or duration limit.
