Pricing and payment

You pay once for each finished video gift. There is no subscription. Guests can add messages for free.

What is free?

You can start a gift, collect messages, choose their order, and watch a preview for free. You pay when you are ready to make the finished video.

What does the finished video cost?

The opening and closing count toward the length. Together they currently add six seconds, so 10 minutes of messages would put the finished gift over the $19 limit. Your gift page shows the total length and price before you pay.

These prices apply to new gifts. Older gifts may follow an earlier offer; use the price shown for that gift.

How do I pay?

Check the message order, total length, and price on your gift page. Choose Make the final video to go to payment. After paying, return to your gift page to see when the video is ready.

If the page does not update after payment, reopen your gift page using the private link in your email. Making the video can take time, so do not pay again just because it is not ready yet. If you paid but your gift page still asks you to pay, email info@fromusto.you.

If making the video fails after your payment is confirmed, you can try again without paying for the same length twice. If you change the video from 10 minutes or less to more than 10 minutes, you will be asked to approve the $10 difference before continuing.

Corrections and billing questions

One correction is included within seven days after the video is first ready to share, subject to its purchased length. Read the correction rules before making changes.

For a duplicate-charge concern, refund request or receipt question, email info@fromusto.you with your gift title and payment date. Refund requests need review; this article does not promise an automatic refund. Never send your full card number or security code.
